Stairmaster Newbie😅💪
Today I did a quick cardio based workout so I tried the Stairmaster for the first time and it was GREAT! It’s an awesome leg + cardio workout!👏👏 Before this, I jogged on the treadmill for 1.65 miles🏃♀️
