Long Distance🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

One of my favorite ways to workout is to run! Walking, jogging, and running all have benefits, so I enjoy going outside to run or take walks with my friends and family while exploring nature!🌞🏃‍♀️🍄!

On this day I ran/walked almost 4 miles with my friends where we explored beautiful trails!

Even when running may get hard or unenjoyable in the moment, the benefits after are amazing!

  • Cardio💦
  • Strength💪
  • Speed🏃
  • Endurance🫀

In addition to these, running has benefits with the heart, blood circulation, muscles, metabolism, and MUCH more!! Running is a good way to start or even end workouts and I recommend it for a happy and healthy lifestyle 💪😁

This journey pushed me to CHALLENGE myself as a way to get back into shape! I learned the importance of hydration + heat protection too!
